Haha, nahh that’s not creepy. But definitely start by eating healthier. That helps so much.. I really only drink water.. occasionally a redbull! Run a mile before working out.. when you lift weights do 3 -5 sets of 10 on everything. That honestly helps so much. && idk anything else haa.. protein shakes aftaaaaaa! but thankyouu
